Welcome to Seeker. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or opening Seeker, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) or have obtained parental/guardian consent to play. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

2. Physical Safety & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that Seeker requires active real-world participation. You expressly assume all risks associated with playing the game, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or interactions with the public. When playing, you agree to:

• Never play while driving or operating motorized vehicles.
• Avoid dangerous areas, including busy roadways, railway tracks, construction zones, or private properties without explicit permission.
• Respect other people and public boundaries.
• Play only in safe environments and during appropriate hours.

3. Location & Device Permissions

Core gameplay functionality requires real-time device location services (GPS/Cellular) and camera/storage permissions. By playing, you grant us permission to access location data and sensors necessary for match functionality. Location data is used strictly to power active game matches and is not sold or tracked outside active game sessions.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers premium content("In-App Purchase") processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store via RevenueCat.

• Billing: All purchases are handled directly by your respective App Store account.
• Refunds: All sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store in accordance with their refund policies.

5. User Content & Automated Data Cleanup

To support room matching and gameplay, users may upload photos or game session data. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a temporary, worldwide license to host and process this data for gameplay purposes.

Automatic Purging: To protect player privacy, match data, subcollections, and associated photos stored in our cloud databases are automatically and permanently deleted when a game room becomes inactive (e.g., idle for 30 minutes).

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheating, GPS spoofing, or modifying the App to gain an unfair advantage.
• Uploading offensive, explicit, abusive, or unlawful photos or text content.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the App’s source code or API keys.
• Using the App to harass, stalk, or endanger other players or bystanders.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Seeker is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime, precise GPS accuracy, or error-free gameplay.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers, owners, and affiliates of Seeker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including physical injury, property damage, or loss of data resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
